Use your brand audit to ask any questions and get some expert feedback about how your brand is coming across to your audience and what improvements you might be able to make.
We will schedule at least a 30-min call to discuss all your concerns and then conduct a full audit of your brand across all platforms. Then we will provide a written report as well as feedback and suggestions followed with another 1:1 call to review.

THE PROCESS
As creatives, we appreciate the value of a structured process. When partnering with us, you'll experience a creative journey that fosters inspiration, collaboration, and ease.

Book In
After you send an enquiry form, we will get on a short call to chat about your needs. You will then receive a proposal with contract and upon acceptance and payment of your first instalment you’ll be booked in!

Strategy & Discovery
Now we get to work- You will now have a 1:1 call where we go through a comprehensive questionnaire to share your business vision, goals, and aesthetic preferences. We will then delve into your brand's creative potential and direction.

Creative Directions
Before any design begins, you’ll be provided with a curated mood board to inspire your design concept. This ensures that we are aligned and that the final direction for your brand fits seamlessly.

Design & Refinements
You'll receive a primary concept embodying your creative direction, featuring all brand elements and mockups to visualize its real-world aesthetic. Once you've reviewed the primary concept, you'll have the chance to request two rounds of refinements to ensure it aligns perfectly with your vision.

File Handoff & Launch
Once design refinements are finalized, we'll seamlessly transition to the file handoff stage. Here, you'll receive all necessary files and assets, meticulously organized for easy integration across your platforms. With your brand ready to launch, we'll work closely to ensure a smooth and impactful debut, providing guidance and support to make your brand stand out.
